SafeGolf is a partnership of UK golf bodies committed to promoting a safe and positive environment for all those participating, working and volunteering in the sport of golf.

Humberstone Heights Golf Club is one of those bodies.

We now have two separate policies and sets of procedures within the Club; one for Adults and one for Children and Young People. Both these policies were adopted by the Club Captain and formally endorsed by the Management Committee on March 8th 2021

We all know that some adults need care and support to the extent that they are unable to protect themselves from abuse and neglect. Some may be experiencing it; others may be at risk of it. When visiting our Club, those individuals should expect us to do everything we can to safeguard them.

The Club's Policy on Safeguarding Adults, therefore, sets out information on complaints, disclosures, incident reporting and tell-tale signs of abuse and neglect to look out for.
